4.3 Once an order has been delivered, the customer assumes responsibility for the delivery. Farmers Finest Foods is not responsible for any delays, lost, or damaged items during transit.

5.1 We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive damaged, opened, soiled, or expired items, please contact us within 2 days for a replacement.
5.2 Missing items or incorrect orders will be tracked and resolved with an equivalent discount or replacement item.
5.3 If your entire order does not arrive, we will attempt delivery twice. After two delivery attempts, the order will be canceled, and you may select Pick-Up or an alternative delivery address for future orders.
5.4 We do not accept returns on used or opened products unless there is a defect or damage.

6.1 To make a purchase, you may be required to create an account with us. By doing so, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information as necessary.
